New Years Resolution Walk Series    - –  February 7, 14, 21, 28 

            Join in this popular walk series for a fun 3-mile walk.    Meet at the ranger station for

Presque Isle After Dark – - Long Pond Trail    February 8

Experience the night-time trails of Presque Isle.    Meet at East pier parking lot for a 1.5

mile hike.   All ages welcome – - No Registration – - No Fee         7:00 – 8:30 p.m.

 

After Dark Ski – - – February 12

Join us for a unique opportunity to explore the trails after dark via cross-country ski.

Bring your own equipment and meet at Presque Isle Lighthouse parking lot.

Join us around an indoor campfire and discover the history of Lake Erie fishing.    All

All Washed Up – - at TREC  – -  February 23 

Mysterious finds wash up on Presque Isle’s beaches frequently.   Learn more about

these finds during an indoor presentation from 10 a.m. to noon.    Bring your own finds

and have them evaluated by expert, Scott McKenizie of Mercyhurst University

Archaeological  Institute.    At 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. walk the shoreline and learn to identify

fossils in the field.    Fun for the whole family.     No fee but Registration is required.
